Russell Brand hosted a one-off epic comedy and music gig. 　　The tunes are coming thick and fast courtesy of Emeli Sande, Jake Bugg, Jessie J, Kasabian, Nicole Scherzinger, Noel Gallagher, Paloma Faith and Rizzle Kicks. Jimmy Carr, Jason Manford, Doc Brown, Eddie Izzard, Noel Fielding and Simon Amstell provide the laughs, and all the money raised goes toward support services for people affected by drug and alcohol addictions.
